Data Deletion

This is an English translation of our Exclusão de Dados page. If the two versions conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
✅ We received your deletion request made on Instagram. The connected Instagram account and the data
linked to it (contacts, messages, comments, posts and metrics) have been deleted from AllPages.
Confirmation code:
Anyone can request deletion of their data from AllPages, at any time and free of charge.
Below are three ways to do it. We handle requests within 30 days.
How to request it — choose one option
1 By email (works for anyone)
Send an email to contato.allpages@gmail.com
with the subject "Data deletion", including:
- your name;
- the email of your AllPages account (if you have one) or the name of the Facebook Page
or the @ of the Instagram account you interacted with;
- whether you want to delete everything or only part of your data.
Sample message:
"Hello, I request the deletion of my data from AllPages.
Name: [your name]
Account email / Page: [information]
I want to delete: [all my data]"
2 Inside the app (for customers with an account)
- To stop using a Page: log in to AllPages → Adicionar Página (Add Page) → click the ✕
to disconnect the Page (or the whole profile). This removes the Pages and the data linked to them.
- To stop using an Instagram account: in the Instagram menu → Add Account → click the ✕
to disconnect the account.
- To delete your whole account: request it by the email above — we close the account and erase the data.
3 By removing the app on Facebook or Instagram (revokes access)
You can revoke AllPages' access to your Pages directly on Facebook:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings;
- Open Apps and websites (or Business integrations);
- Find AllPages and click Remove.
The authorization is revoked immediately and we stop accessing any data from your Pages.
To also delete what was already stored, send the request by email (option 1).
On Instagram:
- Go to Instagram → Settings and activity;
- Open Apps and websites and find AllPages (or AllPages-IG);
- Click Remove. If you also request data deletion there, Meta notifies us automatically
and we delete the connected account and the data linked to it.
What is deleted
- Your account data (name, email, phone, credentials);
- Connected Pages and Instagram accounts, identifiers and access tokens;
- Posts and schedules created in the Service, and uploaded media;
- Contacts, conversations, tags and automation history stored in the Service;
- Stored reports and metrics linked to your Pages and accounts.
Timeframe
⏱️ Within 30 calendar days
We confirm completion by email. The process is usually finished well before that deadline.
What may be kept
- Minimal records required by legal obligation (for example, security logs for the legal period);
- Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify anyone;
- Temporary copies in backups, erased in the normal rotation cycle.
If you interacted with one of our customers' Pages or accounts
If you commented on or messaged a Page or Instagram account managed by an AllPages customer, you can request deletion of your
data: write to contato.allpages@gmail.com
with the Page name or the account @ and the name you use on Facebook or Instagram. We will process the request and remove your
records from the Service.
Note: data stored on Facebook/Messenger/Instagram itself is controlled by Meta — to delete it,
use the platform's own tools.
