Questions?
Do I need to give you my Facebook password?
No. You connect through the official Facebook Login: you authorize AllPages on Meta’s own screen and choose which Pages to share. You can remove that access at any time.
Does it work with personal profiles?
No. Under Meta’s rules, publishing and automated messaging are only allowed on Facebook Pages. If you still post from your profile, it’s worth creating a Page for your business.
Does it work with Instagram?
Yes, with Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator), and you don’t need a Facebook Page. You connect through the official Instagram Login and can schedule Reels, photos, carousels and Stories, reply to comments and Direct messages, and turn on automated replies. A personal account becomes professional in a few taps, for free, in Instagram’s settings.
How many Pages can I manage?
Many, even across more than one Facebook account. Your plan is based on how many Pages you manage.
Can I message all my followers?
No, and that protects your Page. Facebook only allows messages to people who talked to the Page in the last 24 hours or opted in to receive updates. AllPages follows these rules automatically.
What kinds of posts can I schedule?
Reels (video), photos, multi-photo carousels and text, with an optional first comment. Schedule them one by one or many at once from a spreadsheet.
How do automatic comment replies work?
You choose a keyword (for example, “want”). When someone comments that word, the Page replies to the comment, the person joins your contact list with the tag you chose and, if you want, receives a message sequence.
What if I want to cancel and delete my data?
Just disconnect your Pages and request deletion by email or through the data deletion page. We delete everything within 30 days.
