Terms of Service

This is an English translation of our Termos de Uso. If the two versions conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.

In short: AllPages helps you manage your own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. You are responsible for the content you publish and must follow Meta's rules. No spam or unsolicited bulk messages — that can get your account suspended.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using AllPages ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by MR MIDIAS DIGITAIS LTDA, a company established in Brazil, located at Av. Paulista, 1636, Conj. 4, 15th floor, Suite 1504 (Paulista Corporate building), São Paulo – SP, ZIP 01310-200.

2. What the Service does

AllPages is a management tool for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts that lets you, among other things:

create, schedule, edit and delete posts on the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect;
automatically publish the first comment after a post;
read and reply to Messenger messages on connected Pages and Direct messages on connected Instagram accounts;
read, reply to, hide and delete comments on posts;
set up automated replies triggered by user interaction (keywords);
view Page and account metrics and reports.

The Service works through, and depends on, Meta's official APIs. Changes, instability or limitations imposed by Meta may affect features of the Service.

3. Account and access

You must provide truthful information when creating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken in your account.
You may only connect Pages and accounts that you legitimately manage or for which you have the owner's express authorization.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use — what is prohibited

Important: breaking the rules below may lead to immediate suspension of your account and, in serious cases, loss of access to Meta's APIs — which affects you and other users of the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

send spam or unsolicited bulk messages ("cold messages"), or try to get around Meta's messaging windows and rules;
publish content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, that infringes third-party rights or violates Meta's community standards;
comment, like or interact artificially to manipulate engagement;
collect, sell or pass on data about people obtained through the Service;
access Pages, accounts or data that are not yours or that you are not authorized to manage;
attempt to break into, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the Service's protections;
resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.

5. Compliance with Meta's rules

By using the Service, you also agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, as well as Facebook's, Messenger's and Instagram's rules. You are responsible for the content and messages sent through your Pages and accounts.

6. Your content

All content you create, upload or publish through the Service remains yours. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content and are solely responsible for it. We only process and publish that content according to the actions you request.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is". There may be maintenance, instability or interruptions, including due to failures of Meta's APIs or of the infrastructure. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or sales results.

8. Commercial terms

Any plans, prices and payment methods are presented at the time of purchase. Where applicable, non-payment may suspend access. Features may be added, changed or discontinued, with prior notice when the change is significant.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by requesting it through the contact email.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's rules or the law.
Upon closure, your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, indirect damages or losses resulting from: misuse of the Service, content you publish, unavailability of Meta's APIs, or suspension of Pages/accounts by Meta itself for rule violations.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced through the Service's channels. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be settled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence, where consumer protection law applies.
